The Reach club are looking at all aspects of healthy eating. They look at different things each week such as a healthy eat well plate, fat and sugar contents of food - which they were doing in these photos, looking at how much sugar in different foods. They are also going to be doing some food tasting and exploring new foods, looking at portion sizes and setting themselves goals to help keep themselves healthy. They also get to play some games each week just for fun and to keep them active.
In this term the Reach club have been looking at similar things but this time their parents have been invited along to learn with them!
