Scrap Booking Club

Scrap booking club runs on Monday after school by Mrs Doman (Sunflower class) and Mrs Cavill.
Scrapbooking club 2015-16
The children in scrapbooking club have been taking great care with producing their scrapbooks.  They get to use a machine called a cricut, select different types of paper for the pages, use different punches, add embellishments and lettering and then bind it all together to make the book.  They were all really pleased with the books they produced.

Scrapbooking club 2014-15

Scrapbooking Club for this year has finished. We learned a lot about scrapbooking. The papers are measured in inches and embellishments are added in odd numbers. Remembering all of this, we each made a chipboard mini album and helped each other choose papers to match and enhance our photographs. There were a lot of patterned and plain papers to choose from.

To make our albums, we used a selection of different tools. We used corner rounders to put curves on the corners of our photos. There was also a punch that would invert the corners! We used a Bind-It-All to put our books together.

Each page is called a layout and we added lettering and embellishments to enhance them. We chose our favourite page.
