Ofsted is the Office for Standards in Education, Children’s Services and Skills. They inspect services providing education and skills for learners of all ages. Ofsted’s role is to make sure that organisations providing education, training and care services in England do so to a high standard for children and students. Every week, Ofsted carry out hundreds of inspections and regulatory visits throughout England and publish the results online. They report directly to Parliament and we are independent and impartial.

SIAMS stands for Statutory Inspection of Anglican and Methodist Schools, which is the inspection process for Diocesan Church schools.
SIAMS inspection focuses on the impact of the Church school's Christian vision on pupils and adults. This involves looking at the school’s Christian vision, the provision the school makes because of this vision and how effective this provision is in enabling all pupils to flourish.
