Children in South Gloucestershire are eligible for full-time education if they have reached their fourth birthday by 31st August, in the year they are due to start. Christ Church CE VC Infant School has an intake of 75 children into the Foundation Stage classes each year; they are organised into three classes of 25 children. This complies with the government’s guidance on infant class sizes.

We have close links with our partner junior school and all year two children are eligible to transfer automatically to Christ Church CE VC Junior School at the end of the year on completion of a transfer form during the year.
