Panda and Tiger Classes had a go at some Archery this afternoon as part of their Friday sport enrichment sessions with the brilliant Mr Green. It was quite a challenge but we were so impressed with how they tried to help each other to master the bow and tricky technique required.
After lots of care and love given to the eggs over the past few weeks by the children, look who has made an appearance! Welcome to the cci family little chick!!
Here are the first two arrivals!!! Just a day old and already happily chirping away.
Here are a few photos of Crocodiles (and a few Giraffes!) enjoying the Easter Experience at Christ Church yesterday. Thank you so much to the staff at Christ Church and the many volunteers who organised and ran the event, helping our children to understand what Christians believe Easter is all about.
Wow, wow, wow!!!! Tonight we had the pleasure of watching our fantastic Y2 choir perform for their family and friends in their first choir concert. The children showed such focus, confidence and exuberance as they performed and you could just see how much they love being part of such a wonderful group.
I’d like to thank everyone who came along, Miss Philips and Mrs Gardner for their support and the fantastic Miss Gould for giving these children a wonderful opportunity and giving them such confidence to perform.
Well done CCI Choir, you were AMAZING
Here are a few photos of the first part of our volunteering day. Thank you so much to parents and governors who could join us, the staff who gave up part of their weekend and to Charlotte and Paul for the lovely brownies to keep us going. Thank you also to the group that went along this afternoon, we can’t wait to see what you did!
We cleared lots of rubbish from the field and reorganised the logs and picnic benches as we hope to start using the field for playtimes again soon. Railings had new paint, the Y1 patio fence was stained and the spiritual garden had a much needed clear out. Lots of weeds were cleared away and the skip is officially overflowing!
We hope the blue paint came off Miss Gould
