Keep up to date with all the latest news happening in school at the moment.
Our latest Online Safety Newsletter will be attached with the newsletter this week but I thought I'd also share this on here. Thank you to Miss Essex, our Computing Lead, for producing this great resource.
This week some wonderful volunteers from Christ Church came into school to run a Prayer Space for the Y2 children. The activities were designed to encourage the children to think about how they can build healthy friendships and to understand why things like forgiveness and reconciliation are so important in friendships. This is so important for children whether they have a faith or not so all of the children benefitted from the experience. The children were offered the opportunity to reflect about this and say a prayer if they wanted to.
Today Rosie, a volunteer at Christians Against Poverty and a member of Christ Church, and her parrot Rollo came into school to tell us about where the children’s harvest donations will go and who they will help. Thank you so much for your incredibly kind donations - there is still time if you’d like to donate an item for CAP or St. Mungo’s Homeless Charity.
