House team challenge day

On the last day of term 1 we held a house team challenge day and we all worked in our colour teams.  The children all wore something with their house colour on and we rotated around the other classes to do some challenges.  We made bridges for wild things to cross the river, we used the learn pads to work out a word problem using QR readers, we had to make bridges longer than 20cm to see how many 2p coins it would hold, we made tall towers using spaghetti and 4 marshmallows and had a wild thing rumpus.  Each team gained points for each challenge and the winner was announced during a special assembly on Thursday afternoon.
