Keep up to date with all the latest news happening in school at the moment.
Our non-uniform will be a fundraiser for the NSPCC, they have provided us with some fabulous resources so it is great to be able to support the charity. It would be great if all children could donate a £1 and we can raise funds for the charity.
This is available on your www.parentpay.com account.
Thanks for all the returns of the transfer forms, please remember to get them back to us by the 9th June.

The joint Friends Scarecrow hunt will be happening on the weekend of the 11th June. But before we get to this stage, we have to gather together Scarecrows!
If you would be interested in purchasing a character to create a scarecrow, then please go to your school ParentPay account and purchase a scarecrow. The friends will then get you to choose a scarecrow of choice, following a theme.
For more information please email the friends of CCI at friendsocci@gmail.com
Happy hunting!
There may be times we have to allow families to drive onto the school grounds, due to extenuating circumstances. Please make sure children are using the footpaths and crossing safely.
Please complete the transfer form given by your child’s teacher and return to school by 9th June.
We know that everyone has been affected by not being able to go away on holiday, but please remember that term time holidays are not permitted and will not be authorised by the school. “This includes parents’ duty to ensure their child regularly attends school” Gov.uk
If you are needing to request a holiday, please ask at the office (call, in person or email) for a holiday form and we can get that sorted for you.
Thank you.
From the last week of term (24th May onwards) swimming will need to move to the mornings for all classes due to our student teachers leaving. The days will remain the same but if you are a helper please speak to your teachers about new times and see if you can still help.
We really appreciate you all coming in each week and the children are loving swimming so thank you for your continued support.
Last week (10 – 16 May) was Mental Health Awareness Week. This year the theme is connecting with nature.
Contact with nature is effective in protecting our mental health. The Mental Health Foundation has shared some top tips to connect with nature which include finding nature wherever you are, connecting with nature using all of your senses, and getting out into nature.
